MeetZ Hai Phong serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking a table or visiting the club you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present identification on request.

The online booking form is a request to hold a table — it is confirmed once MeetZ contacts you by hotline +84 905 806 704 or Zalo within 15 minutes.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes past the booked time. If you do not arrive or notify us, the club may reassign the table.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before your booking, by hotline or Zalo.

For group party areas or events with a deposit, the refund policy is communicated at the time the deposit is taken.

Smart, tidy dress; themed dress on theme nights is encouraged but not required. The club reserves the right to refuse service to guests causing disturbance.

Prohibited items: narcotics, weapons or anything otherwise unlawful.

Guests must follow staff instructions regarding security, fire safety and internal regulations.

MeetZ Hai Phong is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using the service. Please inform staff in advance of any health condition.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to MeetZ Hai Phong. Copying or commercial use without written consent is a breach of copyright.

MeetZ Hai Phong may amend these terms at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the Terms page with its update date.
